Vallee Vue: House accommodation, Pool and gardens The cottage is approached via its own drive leading to the property, and steps lead up from the drive to the terrace above. The cottage boasts a newly fitted Kitchen, with fridge, Gas hob and oven, and a large window overlooking the river and valley below. Leading off the kitchen is the sitting and dining area, with comfortable seating, a table and chairs, and also a TV, DVD/CD player and UK Sky tv. There are numerous DVD’s and CD’s for your use. The Sitting area has a large window with views. Off of the sitting area is the bedroom, with double bed, and French doors opening out onto the terrace outside. You can lie in bed in the morning, doors open, and watch the peace of the valley go by. There is a separate toilet and shower room, all newly fitted to a high standard. Stone flooring throughout keeps the cottage cool during lazy, hot summer days. If required, there is electric heating, and there is a plentiful supply of hot water. Outside, there is a sheltered terrace running along the entire length of the cottage, providing shelter from the sun and the elements. Next to the kitchen is an outside dining table for breakfast or dinner, or just sitting and chatting. One can sit at the viewing platform, which has table and chairs, and the best views imaginable. The 6m x 3m swimming pool is for your exclusive use, and is surrounded by a stone paved terrace. Sunloungers are provided around the pool. Behind the cottage is a wooded area, which provides further viewing points, walks and wild flowers. Mediterranean plants, shrubs and flowers surround the property to the front and side.
