The cottage has the most spectacular views down onto the horseshoe bend in the Lot river, or across the valley for as far as the eye can see. From every part of the cottage and the surrounding terraces, the beautiful view is there, and one can even lie in bed with the French doors open onto the terrace, watching the valley below. The cottage is in a sunny, south facing position, taking in the sun for as long as the valley will allow. The cottage has the advantage of a newly constructed pool area, with sunbathing terrace, and very special views of the surrounding valley and river. The sunbathing terrace is a real ‘suntrap’ for those wishing to relax and soak up the best the sun has to offer. The Pool is for the exclusive use of Vallee Vue, which is rare for 2 person cottages. Another feature of the cottage is its viewing platform area, off of the terrace, with table and chairs, where one can dine or take a drink, overlooking the astonishing views below. From here, one can also watch the wildlife of the valley, especially the many varieties of birds which include Red Kites, and other birds of prey. The house is approached by its own private drive, and is surrounded by a wooded area behind, and garden areas to the front and side Local villages such as Le Fel, Entraygues and Viellevie offer fine dining in beautiful surroundings, and the Lot river offers fishing or canoeing. This is a truly beautiful spot, which will provide peace and tranquillity, and will remain in the mind forever.
